Souvenirs from a Painted Village
Around this time last year, not long after arriving in Tinos for work, a new collaboration came my way — one that led me to create something completely new: hand-painted fabric bags, each inspired by the village of Pyrgos and its Cycladic charm.
Each one held a little scene.
A boat, a quiet alley, a splash of blue, a memory turned into brushstrokes on cloth.
I worked a lot to finish them all on time, and by the end of July, the last one was ready.
I like to think they’ve traveled — through hands, through places, maybe even through stories!
What I know is that they were part of a summer full of creativity —
and that even now, a year later, I still carry them with me in my heart.
A small chapter of “Wear the Story,” made entirely of fabric, coulors, and a whole lot of love.
