3. Products
Each Black Lotus item is made by hand and individually painted, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in design and color may occur and are part of the product’s uniqueness.
4. Payments and Pricing
- We accept payments via bank transfer and IRIS payment.
- All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one shown at the time of your order.
5. Shipping
- We ship orders via BOX NOW and ELTA Courier.
- Orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and external conditions.
- Black Lotus is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to strikes, holidays, or extreme weather.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition with tags attached.
7. Intellectual Property
All artworks and most designs, images and content on this website are the exclusive property of Black Lotus and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written consent. Please note that some custom pieces you can see on our website may be based on specific client requests and imagery. These are never presented as original Black Lotus designs, and all rights remain with the respective copyright owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Black Lotus shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
