1. How are your jackets made?
Each jacket is hand-painted with professional fabric paints. Every piece is unique and made with care.
2. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! You can contact us for custom pieces. Depending on the complexity, custom orders may take 4-10 days to complete.
Tip: Include your garment info, measurements, and any reference images to get the best result.
3. How does the custom order process work?
1. Send your idea via email or Instagram.
2. We discuss your design, preferences, and timeline.
3. If you are sending your own garment, we confirm it’s suitable.
4. We provide a final quote including painting and (if applicable) garment cost.
5. Once payment is received, we start painting.
6. Your finished piece is shipped back carefully.

4. How can I pay?
Payment is required before painting begins. Accepted methods:
- Bank deposit
- IRIS (instant interbank transfer)
Payment instructions are provided after confirming your garment and quote.
5. Can I return or exchange a custom order?
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Ready-to-ship items follow our standard return policy.
6. What sizes are available?
Ready-to-ship items come in listed sizes. For custom orders, we work with your measurements or reference size. Include this information when contacting us.
7. What are the shipping options?
We ship via BOX NOW and ELTA Courier. Delivery times vary from 1–10 business days depending on location.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number is sent via email once your order has shipped.
9. How do I care for my hand-painted piece?
- Machine wash at 30°C (or follow the garment’s instructions) to better preserve the artwork.
- Do not bleach
- Iron inside-out
- Avoid heavy friction
10. I received a gift. Can I return it?
Gifted items can be exchanged only if they meet our return conditions. Contact us with the order reference.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Greece and to selected EU countries. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email us for options.
